No refunds after use

All subscriptions and quota purchases are non-refundable once the billing period has started.

Billing error window: 48 hours

If you were charged incorrectly, contact us within 48 hours of the charge for a review.

Cancel anytime

Cancel your subscription before the next billing date and you will not be charged again.

Our Policy

ApplyCove provides a software automation service that begins delivery immediately upon subscription. Because the service is consumed from the moment your billing period starts, all subscription payments are non-refundable.

What Is Not Refundable

  • Monthly subscription fees, regardless of how many sessions you ran.
  • Unused application quota within a billing period.
  • Charges incurred during a free trial that converted to a paid plan.
  • Partial months - cancellation stops future billing, not the current period.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain access to your plan features until the period ends. No further charges are made after cancellation.

Exceptional Circumstances - Billing Errors

If you were charged incorrectly (e.g., duplicate charge, wrong amount, charge after cancellation), contact us at hello@applycove.com within 48 hours of the charge. Include your registered email address and the Razorpay transaction ID. We will investigate and, where a billing error is confirmed, issue a full refund for the incorrect amount.

Requests submitted after 48 hours cannot be reviewed.

Account Deletion and Refunds

Deleting your account cancels your subscription immediately but does not trigger a refund for the current billing period. Data deletion is governed by the Privacy Policy.
