New accounts with fewer than 10 applications run can request a full refund within 7 days of their first paid charge.

Billing error window: 48 hours

If you were charged incorrectly, contact us within 48 hours of the charge and we will issue a full refund.

Our Policy in Plain English

ApplyCove is a subscription service you can cancel anytime, and we offer a satisfaction window for new accounts so you can try the product risk-free. Once a billing period has been substantially consumed, the subscription for that period is non-refundable, but the exceptions below cover most situations a new customer encounters.

Cancel Anytime

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings in one click. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain access to your plan features until the period ends. No further charges are made after cancellation. There is no contract, no minimum commitment, and no cancellation fee.

7-Day Satisfaction Window for New Accounts

If you are on your first paid billing period and you have run fewer than 10 applications through the platform, you can request a full refund within 7 days of the first charge. This gives you time to set up your preferences, connect Naukri or LinkedIn, run a small test session, and decide whether ApplyCove fits your workflow before committing to the full month.

To use the satisfaction window, email support@applycove.com with your registered email address. Refunds are issued back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days of approval.

Billing Errors: Full Refund Within 48 Hours

If you were charged incorrectly (duplicate charge, wrong amount, charge after cancellation), contact us at support@applycove.com within 48 hours of the charge. Include your registered email address and the Cashfree transaction ID. We will investigate and, where a billing error is confirmed, issue a full refund for the incorrect amount within 5–7 working days.

What Is Not Covered

  • Subscription periods that fall outside the 7-day satisfaction window and have more than 10 applications run.
  • Unused application quota or unused runtime within a billing period that has already been consumed.
  • Partial-month refunds for cancellations mid-cycle: cancellation stops future billing, not the current period.
  • Billing-error requests submitted after the 48-hour window.

Account Deletion and Refunds

Deleting your account cancels your subscription immediately but does not by itself trigger a refund for the current billing period. Apply the 7-day satisfaction window or the 48-hour billing-error window separately if either applies. Data deletion is governed by the Privacy Policy.
