1. What ApplyCove is, and what it is not

ApplyCove is an independent third-party productivity tool that helps you run a supervised application workflow on your own browser sessions for Naukri and LinkedIn. ApplyCove is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with LinkedIn Corporation, Info Edge (India) Limited (the operator of Naukri), or any other job platform. All product names, logos, and trademarks are property of their respective owners and are used here for descriptive purposes only.

2. How automation operates

ApplyCove operates a real Chrome browser in our cloud, using the existing session you authorize through our Chrome extension or password fallback. The browser navigates, fills forms, and submits applications at human-realistic pace with randomized delays. ApplyCove does not scrape, does not use unofficial APIs, and does not employ headless-detection evasion techniques. Sessions only run during the runtime windows you have scheduled, on the accounts you have explicitly connected. The assistant never re-authenticates on its own, never applies outside its scheduled runtime, and never touches accounts you have not connected.

3. User responsibility and platform terms

Each job platform has its own Terms of Service, User Agreement, or Acceptable Use Policy. These documents may restrict, limit, or prohibit automated activity on the platform. By using ApplyCove on a platform, you are making your own decision about whether that use is acceptable under that platform's terms; you remain solely responsible for that choice and for any consequences that may follow, including platform-side enforcement actions such as warnings, rate-limits, suspensions, or account terminations.

ApplyCove cannot indemnify you against platform enforcement and does not offer a guarantee that any specific session, account, or pattern of use will avoid platform action. We provide tooling; you provide judgment about how and where to use it.

4. Data and credentials

If you connect a platform via the Chrome extension, your portal password never leaves your browser. The captured session cookies are encrypted with AES-256 before upload and decrypted only inside your isolated cloud browser. If you choose the password fallback, credentials are encrypted at rest with AES-256, never stored in plain text, never logged, and never accessible to support staff. You can disconnect any platform from your dashboard at any time; the encrypted session and credentials are wiped within 24 hours of disconnect. Full details are in the Privacy Policy.

5. Pause, monitor, and manual takeover

Every running session is visible in your live dashboard. You can pause a session in place, take over manually from the live browser view, or stop the session entirely with one click. When the platform shows an OTP, CAPTCHA, security question, or unusual-activity prompt, ApplyCove pauses and waits for you to complete the verification yourself. The assistant never bypasses verification challenges; verification flows always require you. After verification, the session resumes from the same step.

6. Scope of the service

ApplyCove submits applications based on your stored profile, your saved screening answers, and the AI-generated answers you have authorized. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your profile, for keeping your resume up to date, and for reviewing the application history in your dashboard. ApplyCove makes every submission visible and editable; that visibility is the point.

We may update this notice as the product changes or as legal context evolves. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated through the dashboard and/or by email to active subscribers.
