What is ApplyCove?

ApplyCove is an automated job application tool for Naukri and LinkedIn in India that applies to jobs for you on a schedule you set, while keeping you in control. You schedule a session once, and at that time a real Chrome browser opens on a session you authorized and works through matching jobs: it fills the repetitive fields, answers screening questions from your saved profile, and pauses for OTP so it never bypasses your security. You watch every action live in the dashboard and can pause or take over at any point. It handles up to 200 applications per day on Pro, logs every submission, and skips duplicates. Plans start at ₹199/month with a free 30-minute trial, no credit card required. ApplyCove is an independent productivity tool, not affiliated with Naukri or LinkedIn.

Is there a free trial, and what does it include?

Yes. ApplyCove gives every new account 30 minutes of free automation runtime, with no credit card required. To activate it, sign up, install the free Chrome extension, and connect any one platform (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, or Wellfound) with a one-click session sync. Your free 30 minutes start automatically and are valid for 7 days. During that time the assistant runs the same supervised workflow paying customers use: it applies to real jobs on your authorized browser, fills forms, answers screening questions from your profile, and logs every submission while you watch live and pause anytime. Your platform password is never shared. The free trial is a one-time activation per person, and repeated or fraudulent attempts to claim it may lead to account suspension. After your free minutes, you can continue from a plan at ₹199/month or add a one-time top-up.

How much control do I have over each session?

Every ApplyCove session runs on a browser you have authorized through your Naukri or LinkedIn session. You can watch each click in the live dashboard, pause the session, hand off to manual control, or stop entirely with one click. The assistant only does what you have scheduled: it never re-authenticates on its own, never applies outside its runtime window, and never touches accounts you have not connected. You see every field that gets filled and every screening answer that gets submitted, with a full per-application audit trail. ApplyCove is an independent productivity tool not affiliated with Naukri or LinkedIn, and platform terms remain your responsibility, so the workflow is designed to keep a human visibly in the loop on every action.

Can I schedule application sessions to run at a specific time every day?

ApplyCove lets you schedule recurring application sessions on the Growth and Pro plans. Pick the start time (10am, 8pm, anything), choose weekdays only, weekends only, or custom days, set the platform (Naukri or LinkedIn) and the source within the platform (search results or recommended jobs). Set the runtime in minutes and the session starts on your authorized browser at that time without you logging in again. You can stack multiple schedules in parallel, for example Naukri at 10am on weekdays for 30 minutes and LinkedIn at 8pm daily for 20 minutes. Each scheduled session runs inside its own isolated cloud browser, respects your plan's daily application limit (50/100/200 depending on tier), and logs every submission to your dashboard for review.

Can I run multiple scheduled sessions per day?

Yes, ApplyCove supports stacking multiple scheduled sessions per day, up to your plan's daily session cap (10 on Starter, 20 on Growth, 30 on Pro). A common setup: LinkedIn search at 10am for 30 minutes on weekdays, Naukri recommended jobs at 8pm for 20 minutes daily, weekend cleanup at 11am Saturday for 45 minutes. Each session runs independently in its own isolated cloud browser, with separate runtime budgets and separate application caps that all roll up to your daily total. You can target different platforms, different keyword filters, and different source modes (search vs recommended) from each scheduled slot. The dashboard shows every scheduled session in a single calendar view so you can spot conflicts and balance daily volume.

Is scheduled workflow available on the Starter plan?

ApplyCove's scheduled workflow is a feature of the Growth (₹499/month) and Pro (₹899/month) plans. Starter (₹199/month) supports on-demand sessions only. On Starter you click Start and the session runs immediately for up to 20 minutes; on Growth and Pro you set a future time and recurrence, and the session runs on your authorized browser at that time without you opening the dashboard. Scheduled sessions are the most-used feature among paying customers and the main reason job seekers upgrade from Starter to Growth: they sustain consistent daily application volume during the scheduled runtimes you set, even when you are at your current job, in interviews, or away from the laptop. You can upgrade from your dashboard at any point in the billing cycle and the change takes effect immediately.

Does ApplyCove work with both Naukri and LinkedIn?

ApplyCove supports both Naukri and LinkedIn natively. Starter (₹199/month) gives you single-platform access (pick Naukri or LinkedIn). Growth and Pro give you both platforms simultaneously so you can stack scheduled sessions across them. ApplyCove handles Naukri's multi-step application flow (including OTP verification with pause-and-resume), Naukri Recommended Jobs, Naukri search results, LinkedIn Easy Apply, and LinkedIn multi-step applications with screening questions and assessments. India-specific fields (current CTC, expected CTC, notice period, willingness to relocate) are filled correctly on both platforms from your saved profile. Additional portals are on the roadmap but Naukri + LinkedIn cover the vast majority of India tech job openings.

Does ApplyCove fill multi-step application forms?

ApplyCove fills every application type: one-click Easy Apply, multi-step forms with screening questions, forms with file upload fields, and applications with custom employer questions. ApplyCove reads each form field, matches it to your stored profile (resume data, expected CTC, notice period, work authorization), and fills it before clicking Next. For custom questions ApplyCove has not seen before ("why this company?", "willing to work in shifts?"), it generates a context-aware answer using AI plus your saved profile and stores the answer for future reuse so subsequent applications get the same answer consistently. Every field that was filled is logged so you can audit any submission from the dashboard and edit saved answers going forward.

Will my Naukri or LinkedIn account get banned?

ApplyCove is an independent productivity tool not affiliated with Naukri or LinkedIn. Each platform's terms of service may restrict automation, and you remain responsible for compliance when you use ApplyCove on those platforms. In practice, ApplyCove sessions run at human-realistic pace with randomized delays between actions, respect platform rate limits, and operate on a real Chrome browser session you have authorized rather than headless scraping, which is the pattern that triggers detection. In 18 months of operation, no ApplyCove user has reported a permanent ban from Naukri or LinkedIn. Risk-reducing practices: keep daily applications within your plan's recommended cap, avoid stacking 5+ sessions in the same 30-minute window, complete OTP challenges yourself promptly when prompted (the assistant pauses and waits), and avoid running on the same IP as another active human session on the same account.

How does ApplyCove handle OTP and 2FA verification?

When Naukri or LinkedIn requests an OTP, ApplyCove pauses the session in place and pushes an instant notification to your dashboard (and email if configured). You receive the OTP on your phone exactly the way you normally would, enter it once in your phone or the platform app, and ApplyCove automatically detects the verification went through and resumes from the exact step it was on, zero applications lost in the pause. The same flow handles LinkedIn CAPTCHAs, security questions, and unusual-activity challenges. Your security is never bypassed: ApplyCove never reads SMS, never has access to your phone, and never has access to authenticator apps. The pause-and-resume design is why 18 months of operation have produced zero reports of permanent account suspension.

How does ApplyCove sign in to Naukri or LinkedIn?

ApplyCove does not collect your Naukri or LinkedIn password. The only way to connect a platform is the free Chrome extension, which captures your existing browser session in one click after you have signed in the way you always do. The session cookies and localStorage are encrypted with AES-256 in your browser before upload and decrypted only inside your isolated cloud browser at session start. Your portal password never enters ApplyCove and is never stored anywhere on our infrastructure. The extension works with every Naukri and LinkedIn sign-in method including Google SSO, 2FA, OTP, and magic links. You can disconnect any platform from your dashboard at any time; the encrypted session is wiped from S3 immediately.

What is the maximum number of applications per day?

ApplyCove caps daily applications by plan to keep sessions within platform rate limits: Starter ₹199/month allows up to 50 applications per day, Growth ₹499/month allows up to 100 per day, and Pro ₹899/month allows up to 200 per day across all platforms combined. Applications are spread evenly across the day's runtime budget rather than fired in a burst. Burst patterns trigger Naukri and LinkedIn rate limits and CAPTCHAs. In practice, most active job seekers find that 100 well-targeted applications per day on Growth produce better callback rates than 200 broad applications on Pro, because Pro's higher cap is most useful for highly specific niche roles where you need wider top-of-funnel volume.

Does ApplyCove work with ATS screening fields?

ApplyCove fills every ATS-style field visible on the application page from your stored profile: skills (matched against the job description), years of experience, current and expected CTC, notice period, current location, willingness to relocate, work authorization, highest qualification, current company, and any custom employer fields. ApplyCove reads the field label, finds the matching profile attribute, and types the value at human speed. For dropdowns and radio buttons, ApplyCove picks the best-matching option. For long-form questions ("why do you want this role?"), the AI generates a context-aware answer using the job description plus your profile and stores it for reuse. Every value submitted is logged so you can verify what was sent and update saved answers from the dashboard.

Can I pause or stop a running session?

ApplyCove lets you pause or stop any running session from the dashboard with a single click. Pausing freezes the session in place: current application state is saved, no new applications are submitted, and you can resume from the exact step later (within 24 hours; after that the session is auto-finalized). Stopping ends the session immediately and finalizes the application log. You can also cancel a future scheduled session up to 5 minutes before its start time. From the live session view you can watch every action in real time (which job is being opened, which fields are being filled, which screening question is being answered) and intervene by pausing if you spot something to adjust before more applications go out.

Does ApplyCove work on mobile?

The ApplyCove dashboard is fully mobile-responsive. You can start sessions, schedule recurring runs, pause active sessions, review application history, and update your profile from your phone. The browser session itself runs in our cloud, not on your device, so it costs zero phone battery and zero phone data. You can configure a scheduled Naukri run at 8pm from your phone during your commute, and by the time you reach home the dashboard shows 25 applications already submitted with a full per-application log. Push notifications via the web app alert you when a session needs OTP intervention, finishes early, or hits an error. The dashboard works on iOS Safari, Android Chrome, and any modern mobile browser.

How does ApplyCove handle salary and CTC fields?

ApplyCove asks you once during onboarding for your current CTC and expected CTC range (lower bound and upper bound). These values are stored encrypted in your profile and filled automatically on every application that asks for them: Naukri's expected CTC field, LinkedIn's salary expectations question, custom employer screening questions about negotiation range, and ATS dropdowns. You can update CTC values at any time from profile settings and the new values apply to all subsequent applications immediately. For employer-specific salary questions ("minimum CTC you would accept?", "are you open to equity?"), ApplyCove uses your range to generate a context-appropriate response. Every CTC value submitted is logged so you can audit which number went to which company.

Can I target specific companies or exclude certain employers?

ApplyCove supports both targeting and exclusion. Add company names to your block-list in session preferences and ApplyCove will skip any matching job, useful for your current employer, competitors you have agreements with, or companies that have already rejected you. For positive targeting you can save specific company names in your target list and ApplyCove prioritizes their jobs in scheduled sessions; you can also save Boolean keyword filters that narrow the search to specific roles, seniority levels, or technologies. Block-list and target-list are independent and can be updated anytime. Most active users maintain a block-list of 10-20 companies (current employer, parent/sibling companies, deceptive recruiters) and let the broader search handle discovery of new targets.

What is ApplyCove Job Matches?

ApplyCove Job Matches is a daily shortlist of roles ranked to your profile, pulled from 7+ company ATS platforms like Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, iCIMS, Ashby, and Rippling. It is separate from the scheduled Naukri and LinkedIn automation: instead of searching, you open your dashboard each day and see matches scored against your saved roles, skills, and salary expectations. You pick the ones worth applying to and the ApplyCove Chrome extension auto-applies on each company's own application page. Job Matches is available on every plan including the free tier, which gives you 5 AI-matched ATS job auto-applies a day at no cost, scaling to 150 on Pro. Because it runs on your browser through the extension, it does not consume the runtime minutes used by cloud sessions. ApplyCove is an independent tool, not affiliated with any ATS vendor or employer.

Does Job Matches use my Naukri and LinkedIn runtime minutes?

No. ApplyCove runs two separate engines. Scheduled Naukri and LinkedIn sessions run in the cloud and spend the runtime minutes on your plan. Job Matches is different: when you select a matched role, the ApplyCove Chrome extension opens that company's application page on its ATS and applies on your own browser, so it never touches your runtime budget. This means you can use Job Matches on the free tier with zero runtime, or alongside a paid plan even after your scheduled sessions have run for the day. The two complement each other: cloud sessions cover the big Indian job boards (Naukri and LinkedIn), while Job Matches covers roles posted directly on company ATS platforms like Greenhouse, Lever, and Workday. Both are managed from the same dashboard.

How many job matches do I get, and which ATS platforms are covered?

The number of daily matches scales with your ApplyCove plan. The free tier gets 5 AI-matched ATS jobs you can auto-apply to each day, and higher tiers raise that allowance up to 150 a day on Pro. Matches come from 7+ company ATS platforms, including Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, iCIMS, Ashby, and Rippling, with more added over time. These are the systems employers use to receive applications on their own career pages, so Job Matches applies directly on the employer's site rather than on a job board. The job database refreshes daily, so the roles you see are current rather than stale reposts. Every match shows the company, role, and source ATS before you apply, and you decide which ones to auto-apply to, so you stay in control of where your applications go.

Is ApplyCove legal to use in India?

Using ApplyCove is legal in India. It is an independent productivity tool that automates repetitive form-filling on job applications you choose to submit, the same applications you could submit by hand. There is no Indian law that prohibits automating your own job applications. The one thing to be aware of is contractual, not legal: Naukri's and LinkedIn's own terms of service may restrict automation on their platforms, and you remain responsible for complying with each platform's terms when you use ApplyCove. ApplyCove is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with Naukri or LinkedIn. To stay on the safe side, ApplyCove runs on a browser session you authorize, at a human-realistic pace with randomized delays, pauses for OTP so it never bypasses your security, and keeps every action visible and pausable. In 18 months of operation, no ApplyCove user has reported a permanent ban. You decide which jobs to apply to and you can stop any session with one click.
