Terms of Service

Please read these terms before using ApplyCove.

Monthly billing via Razorpay

Subscriptions bill monthly. Cancel before your renewal date to avoid the next charge.

1. What ApplyCove Does

ApplyCove is a browser-based automation tool that applies to jobs on Naukri and LinkedIn on your behalf, using a real browser session running in our cloud infrastructure. It fills forms, answers screening questions, and submits applications using your profile data and credentials.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use ApplyCove. By creating an account, you confirm that you are legally permitted to use job application services in your jurisdiction.

3. Platform Compliance

ApplyCove is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with Naukri or LinkedIn. Automated applications may be restricted or prohibited by those platforms' own Terms of Service. You use ApplyCove at your own risk. ApplyCove is not liable for account restrictions or bans imposed by third-party platforms.

4. Credential Consent

By entering your Naukri or LinkedIn credentials, you authorise ApplyCove to use them to operate browser sessions on your behalf. You retain full ownership of your accounts. ApplyCove will not use your credentials for any purpose other than running your authorised sessions.

5. Session Recording Consent

Sessions may be recorded for debugging and support purposes. Recordings are stored securely and auto-deleted after 30 days. See the Privacy Policy for full details.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use ApplyCove to submit fraudulent applications or misrepresent your qualifications.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the ApplyCove service.
  • Use ApplyCove to apply to roles for which you are ineligible under applicable law.
  • Circumvent session limits or rate controls built into the platform.

7. Subscription Tiers

ApplyCove offers the following monthly subscription tiers, billed via Razorpay:

  • Starter: single platform (Naukri or LinkedIn), 30 minutes daily runtime, 5 sessions per day.
  • Growth: multi-platform, 50 minutes daily runtime, 15 sessions per day, cron scheduling.
  • Pro: multi-platform, 90 minutes daily runtime, 50 sessions per day, all features.

Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) on the Pricing page. Tier limits reset at midnight IST daily.

8. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from account settings. On deletion, all personal data is permanently removed within 7 days per our Privacy Policy. Active subscriptions are cancelled immediately and no further charges are made. No refund is issued for unused time in the current billing cycle.

9. VNC and Manual Control

ApplyCove may provide a live VNC view of your browser session for monitoring or manual intervention (e.g., completing OTP verification). This feature is provided as-is and may not be available during peak infrastructure load.

10. Liability

ApplyCove is provided "as is." We are not liable for missed job opportunities, account restrictions imposed by third-party platforms, or errors in AI-generated application content. Our total liability for any claim arising from use of the service is limited to the amount paid by you in the 30 days preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify ApplyCove and its founders against any claims arising from your use of the service, including violations of third-party platform terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
